Cancellation Policy

1. No cancellation of online tickets will not be entertained once a physical ticket for the said transaction has been collected from the ticket counter at the park.
2. Cancellation of online tickets for the date mentioned in the ticket, is available only till the park opening time,
      no cancellation will be entertained once the park opens for the day.
3. Refund of a cancelled ticket will be processed within 7 working days and the refund value will be equivalent to 90% of the ticket cost.
